Wines

Our wines begin in the vineyard, where our family farms every vine by hand.
We have always been organic,
and now we are taking the first steps into our regenerative journey.

For us, this means giving more to the land than we take from it:
building healthy soils, fostering biodiversity, sequestering carbon,
and finding new nature-based solutions as we learn and grow.
Every grape is harvested by hand and guided gently into wine,
made without unnecessary intervention,
so that it reflects the life of the soil it came from.

By choosing our wines, you become part of this story,
supporting a family-run farm working to show,
together with the growing regenerative agriculture community,
that agriculture can - and must be - part of the solution:
wines that are alive, grown in living soils, carrying the character of nature itself.

low-intervention fermentation & vinification, pressed in a traditional wooden press.

Hand-harvested Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon,
same-day co-pressing, gentle extraction
and low-intervention fermentation,
naturally clarified through rackings.
Small batch of ~600 bottles.
