The online shop offers bottled wine. Product descriptions, images, and vintages are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur. All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are indicated in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and quantity. For EU-based companies with a valid VAT number, intra-community supply (reverse charge) may apply. Eligibility will be verified prior to invoicing. For larger orders (over 18 bottles), customers are requested to contact us directly.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through the online shop. After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

  • product unavailability

  • pricing errors

  • suspected fraud

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods. The contract is concluded only upon explicit order acceptance by the seller, which may be communicated by a separate confirmation email or by dispatch of the goods.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing within the 14-day period. Returned products must:

  • be unopened

  • be in their original packaging

  • be properly packed to ensure safe transport of glass bottles

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Consumers are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 2 years from delivery, in accordance with applicable law.

9. Age Restriction (Alcohol Sales)

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old (or of legal drinking age in their country of residence). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if this requirement is not met. Delivery may be refused if valid proof of age cannot be provided upon delivery.

10. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

11. Liability

We are liable only for damages directly related to the value of the purchased products, to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for improper storage or use of the products after delivery.
